Elevate Learning is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every student we work with. All tutors are interviewed, reference-checked and hold an enhanced DBS certificate before being matched with a family. Sessions, scheduling and communication are managed through Elevate Learning so there is always a clear, accountable record of contact. Any safeguarding concern is escalated immediately in line with our internal policy and, where appropriate, to the relevant local authority.
